Xavier Tedtaotao
In November 2020, Xavier Tedtaotao was shot and killed by police officers in Guam, USA.
Police were responding a call about a stolen car. Police believes that the car that Tedtaotao was in was stolen. One of police officers approached the car and demanded to turn off the engine and get out it.
Tedtaotao refused. After that, according to police, the suspect started the engine of the car and began to move towards law enforcement officers. The officers started firing at the car. They fired about 45 shots.
In August 2021, the officers involved in the shooting were justified. No charges will be brought against them.

CASE STATUS:
The initiative group has requested the clarification from US President Joseph Biden and Attorney General Merrick Garland. The initiative group believes it is important to fight against police violence and, if necessary, will provide legal and financial assistance to the family of the victim.
