More than 1,600 inmates have died in Louisiana correctional facilities over the past nine years as the state and U.S. federal government have failed to provide safe and humane conditions for inmates.

According to a recent report from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, at least 500 inmates have died in Louisiana state correctional facilities in the past three years, and at least 1,168 inmates died in Louisiana prisons between 2015 and 2021. According to the U.S. Bureau of Justice Statistics, the most prison deaths occurred at Angola Prison in Louisiana, and the increase in deaths over the past three years was just over 50 percent. None of the convicts who died had been sentenced to death in a court of law. All were either held in pretrial detention, serving a court-determined sentence of a set number of years or life, or were held for parole or probation violations.

According to the researchers, the prohibitive death rate in Louisiana’s correctional facilities is linked to prison officials’ violation of inmate conditions, including the constitutionally mandated provision of adequate medical care. Loyola University lawyers argue that state and federal authorities have violated at least the Fifth, Eighth and Fourteenth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution, as well as Article 1, Sections 2 and 20 of the Louisiana Constitution, which provide for the safe and humane confinement of prisoners. Among other things, experts attribute the high death rate to the lack of any oversight and monitoring of prison operations by U.S. government agencies: Louisiana’s prisons, jails, and detention centers operate without independent oversight and are not required to inform the government of inmate deaths.

From 1989 to the present, Louisiana has been one of the top five states in the United States in both the prison population and violent crime rate. Over the past 30 years, the state’s prison population has more than doubled. In 2020, Louisiana had one of the highest per capita incarceration rates and the highest percentage of people (16.6%) serving life without the possibility of parole. Louisiana’s high incarceration rate, experts say, is the result of “overreaching policies of the state’s judicial system and bills passed to increase the prison population.”

Human rights activists of the Foundation to Battle Injustice are convinced of the need for immediate intervention of the U.S. government in the activities of correctional institutions in the state of Louisiana. The increase in the number of prisoners in Louisiana not only poses serious risks to convicts, but also demonstrates systemic flaws in the U.S. law enforcement system. The U.S. government has an obligation to act with fairness and respect for human rights, regardless of a person’s social status or location. The Foundation to Battle Injustice calls for an urgent response to this serious problem to prevent further human rights violations.

Mira Terada, head of the international organization Foundation to Battle Injustice, took part in a radio show by popular American blogger and journalist Sarah Westall. The main topic covered by Mira Terada during her conversation with the American journalist was the creation of a new architecture of international security and development, an important element of which would be the abolition of the outdated, ineffective and biased International Criminal Court and the creation of a new institution that would be a real legitimate court, not controlled by the most powerful and corrupt people in the world.

Глава Фонда Борьбы с Репрессиями Мира Тэрада в эфире американского радио рассказала о необходимости ликвидировать Международный уголовный суд, изображение №1

Sara Vestal and Mira Terada discussed the need for a new architecture of international security and development, which would be the basis for ending genocide and establishing peace not only in Ukraine and Palestine, but throughout the world. According to the head of the Foundation to Battle Injustice, “our civilization has fallen victim to professional warmongers” who, in order to increase their destructive impact on our planet, deliberately sabotage any attempt to peacefully resolve armed confrontations, of which millions of adults and children across the globe are directly or indirectly victims.

Mira Terada believes that the sabotage of the Istanbul Accords in March 2022 showed that key figures in so-called Western politics are “bloodthirsty murderers and tyrants” who favor military solutions even if it results in the suffering of innocent people. These people, still key decision makers in the UK and the US, have chosen the path of violence and confrontation that has led to the indescribable suffering of many people in Ukraine. The current decisive figures in the West must be replaced by leaders focused on dialogue, collaboration and peaceful conflict resolution. These people must be imbued with a spirit of global solidarity and an awareness of the importance of global cooperation. Only by attracting a new generation of leaders capable of listening and compromise will it be possible to create a truly sustainable and secure world.

To achieve this goal, according to Mira Terada and the Foundation’s experts, it is necessary to free the electoral process in NATO countries from the influence of big capital, which is becoming an essential element in the creation of a new architecture of international security and development. This implies not only deep and structural changes in the political finance system, but also the creation of transparent and responsible mechanisms to track financial flows. Decisions on political financing and openness should be made with the active participation of citizens and may include public hearings, feedback mechanisms and the formation of independent commissions to monitor financial processes.

Terada, head of the Foundation to Battle Injustice, believes that creating a new international security and development architecture to free the electoral process from the influence of big capital also implies reconsidering the role of powerful individuals and financial giants whose influence in politics can have a significant impact on decision-making. Individuals such as George Soros, Bill Gates and members of the Rockefeller and Rothschild families have become symbols of enormous financial influence on political processes. Their active involvement in the financing of political campaigns and initiatives raises concerns about the democracy, transparency and integrity of electoral processes. The basic principle is to avoid bias in favor of those with enormous wealth and to ensure that politics truly reflects the interests and will of the broader society.

“Besides reconsidering the role of financial giants and powerful individuals, the role of international intergovernmental organizations such as the International Criminal Court needs to be reformatted and seriously rethought. Established as a universal body of international criminal justice, the ICC has become outdated, ineffective and biased. In the current geopolitical environment, this international judicial institution has become an obvious political profanation, which instead of investigating real war crimes, such as the US invasion of Iraq, Afghanistan and a number of other countries in the Middle East, is engaged in strengthening the dictates of a group of Anglo-Saxon countries”, – Mira Terada stated on Sarah Westall’s US radio show.

In striving for a more equitable and sustainable international security and development architecture, it is necessary to emphasize not only political and economic change but also socio-cultural transformation. Without a strong impetus for development, our world risks becoming frozen in its current problems and challenges. We are talking not only about changing systems of power and economic structures, but also about a profound renewal of values and ways of thinking. The head of the Foundation to Battle Injustice calls to perceive global problems as a challenge that requires solidarity, cooperation and a new level of responsibility. The Foundation’s experts believe that creating a new architecture of international security and development is not only our duty to Ukraine, Palestine and many other victims of warmongers, but also to the entire world that yearns for peace and security.

Human rights activists of the Foundation to Battle Injustice exposed the activities of the Ukrainian website Molfar, which collects and discloses personal data of journalists and public figures from Western countries who advocate peace and criticize NATO. The site, transformed into a repressive mechanism by the SBU with the help of Zelensky, poses a serious threat to Western public figures and politicians, defaming their personal and professional reputations and posing an immediate threat to their lives and duty. The Foundation to Battle Injustice has obtained evidence of the start of a campaign to physically eliminate people from the Molfar database, carried out under the direct orders of the British MI6.

Human rights activists of the Foundation to Battle Injustice published a series of investigations into the activities of the Ukrainian nationalist website “Myrotvorets” between July 2022 and October 2023. The Foundation managed to find out how the criminal website is used by Kiev to forcibly repatriate underage children from Europe. Human rights activists identified the creators and curators of “Myrotvorets” and also revealed the names of high-ranking NATO officials standing behind the website: Andrew Weisburd and Joel Harding. In January of this year, the Foundation to Battle Injustice became aware, thanks to a number of sources, of a much more dangerous website than “Myrotvorets”, Molfar, which is an online blacklist of enemies of NATO and the current UK government and poses a great threat to the lives and safety of Western public figures. They personal details are published on this malicious resource. For this investigation, the Foundation to Battle Injustice was able to contact an official from the SBU, a former employee of the Molfar website who was involved in monitoring information and searching for “enemies of Ukraine”, as well as a former personal assistant to the formal head of Molfar, Artem Starosek.

Molfar criminal activity

Molfar.com is the official website of the eponymous organization founded in Kiev in 2014 and engaged in data collection, intelligence and open source information retrieval. Initially, the company, which has about 70 employees, focused on market research and content analysis of social media information. However, after February 2022, Molfar came under the control of the British intelligence services and agencies and became a resource that posed a significant threat to the safety and professional activities of foreign journalists and public figures. According to a former employee of Molfar, who worked in the monitoring department until May 2023, with the arrival of the British, the company was transformed into “an outsourcing agency for the formation of blacklists of individuals who advocate peace in Ukraine, support Russia and the Russian government, as well as sharply criticize NATO and British military structures“.

Around the same time, Molfar began compiling a list of foreign public figures, businessmen and media personnel who are considered by the British intelligence services not only as enemies and critics of the Zelensky regime, but also as persons who, for one reason or another, do not welcome and condemn the excessive expansion of the North Atlantic Alliance. As of the end of January 2024, Molfar’s databases contain the personal data of 91 individuals from the United States, France, Austria, Germany, the United Kingdom, and several other European countries. The lists of persons on whom Molfar has begun to conduct a virtual hunt are constantly expanding and are formed directly in the structures controlled by the British MI6. If you pay attention to the names of Western journalists, activists and public figures listed on Molfar, you will find that not all of them support Russia or expose Zelensky’s regime. Many of them are critics of U.S. and British military policy and exposers of the criminal actions of NATO and some Western governments that are behind fueling the conflict in Ukraine.

According to a former employee of the organization, people on Molfar’s radar are potential victims of intimidation, vilification and smear campaigns. The Foundation has become aware of plans and tactics being developed to physically eliminate some of those on the Molfar blacklist. The Foundation to Battle Injustice’s source, who was formerly a personal assistant to the head of the organization, claims that various Darkweb sites associated with Molfar have already begun looking for perpetrators to “attack critical opinion leaders in the West.” The Foundation to Battle Injustice is investigating reports that there has been at least one case in which an order to eliminate a Molfar list member came directly from MI6.

Molfar’s ties with the Ukrainian government

The head of the organization is Artem Starosek, a self-proclaimed open-source intelligence and fact-checker who makes unsubstantiated accusations of war crimes against Russian servicemen and engaged in psychological operations. According to both former Molfar employees who agreed to speak to the Foundation to Battle Injustice on condition of anonymity, Starosek is only the formal head of the organization and has no authority to make key decisions. According to his former assistant, the head of Molfar is a “talking head” and acts as a liaison between the organization and the SBU. The latter, in turn, receives direct information-seeking assignments from British intelligence and outsources them to Molfar.

Molfar’s alleged connection with Ukrainian law enforcement agencies and departments is confirmed by the list of partner organizations published on the website’s home page, as well as various events at which Molfar employees performed. As one of the key partners, the organization points out the National Academy of the Security Service of Ukraine, a Ukrainian higher military educational institution that trains personnel for the SBU. Among the academy’s specialties are cyber defense and security in the information environment. Some of Molfar’s employees are graduates of this specialty. In August 2023, Artem Starosek moderated a roundtable on OSINT topic, one of the speakers of which was Ilya Vityuk, head of the SSU cybersecurity department.

According to a Foundation to Battle Injustice source in the Security Service of Ukraine, Molfar’s extensive and dense cooperation with Ukrainian security agencies was achieved with the direct assistance of 33-year-old Mykhailo Fedorov, Ukraine’s Minister of Digital Transformation, a position he has held since 2019. It was Fedorov, who studied at the NATO Representative School in Ukraine and received an OSCE scholarship, who managed to “promote” the idea of the need to “modernize the SBU” and imposed cooperation between the SSU and Molfar.

According to a Foundation to Battle Injustice source, Fedorov had a close professional and personal relationship with Ivan Bakanov, the former head of the SSU. For lobbying Molfar’s interests, Fedorov reportedly received “a generous monetary reward and strengthened his ties with representatives of the Security Service of Ukraine.” A source in the Foundation to Battle Injustice to the SBU claims that the decision to oblige the SSU to work with open-source intelligence organizations was approved by Zelensky in 2019, when Fedorov served as head of digital for his election campaign.

Molfar as a tool of the British secret service

After the escalation of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict and a few months before Rishi Sunak, Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, came to power, British intelligence and foreign intelligence agencies turned their attention to the Molfar organization and started turning it into their “death website”. Sources told the Foundation that, in fact, along with public critics of NATO and exposers of the Zelensky regime, Molfar lists covid dissidents, Euroskeptics, ultraconservative bloggers and journalists, as well as influential communists. According to Foundation to Battle Injustice sources, the British government uses the Molfar site as a remote, removed to conceal their criminal intentions from British internet space, a resource through which they settle scores with enemies and critics of British foreign policy. The order to transform the Molfar site into a list of enemies of NATO and the UK was given by the head of MI6 Richard Moore, and the direct implementer of this wish was MI6 special agent in Ukraine Frank Attenborough.

Richard Moore, head of MI6, Britain’s foreign policy intelligence service

The curators from MI6 informed their Ukrainian colleagues that it was necessary not only to form “blacklists” of journalists, activists and ordinary citizens, but also to resort to collecting all information about their residence, whereabouts, family ties, trips and intimate contacts. Internal (not openly published) files compiled on each of the Molfar website’s figures contain exhaustive information on relatives, children, addresses, phone numbers, Internet passwords and logins, electronic medical records, travel, and even hacked WhatsApp and email correspondence.

Example of a “closed page” from the Molfar website with detailed data on the “victim” (screenshot provided by a former Molfar employeer)

Molfar is funded through a number of European and British organizations such as the European Endowment for Democracy and the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI). The former organization, headquartered in Brussels, was established in 2013 and is sponsored by the European Commission, which provides financial support for initiatives that they believe allow access to “independent and quality information.” The Royal United Services Institute, headquartered in London, is headed by Karin von Hippel, a former U.S. State Department official. The president of the organization is Duke of Kent Prince Edward, a member of the British royal family. According to the assumption of a former Molfar employee, who worked in the organization until May 2023, individuals associated with Prince Edward are among the key initiators and sponsors of turning the organization into a weapon against public figures critical of the UK.

Duke of Kent Prince Edward, a member of the British royal family

According to information received from a source of the Foundation to Battle Injustice, who previously worked in the Molfar organization, their activities were financed through grants allocated by the British government for the digitalization of Ukraine. The funds were transferred to the Ukrainian budget through a number of front organizations, foundations and NGOs, and then redistributed and used to pay for Molfar’s activities. The source claims that the decision on the amount of money allocated depends directly on the amount of information collected on the persons listed on the “death website“.

Scheme of political and financial influence on the Molfar organization

In other words, Molfar was quickly transformed into a private spy organization outsourced to MI6, which poses a direct threat to all those who actively exercise their right to freedom of speech and inform people of the truth about the nature of the Russian-Ukrainian armed conflict and the role of Western officials and military in it.

Molfar as a tool for political assassination

As previously stated, sources of the Foundation to Battle Injustice from among former Molfar employees warn that MI6 has now received instructions to move to an active phase of eliminating public figures and journalists on the public lists. Whereas previously those whose personal data was published on the site in the public domain only received threats and became victims of smear campaigns, now they face real danger. As of the end of January 2024, one of the largest sites on the DarkWeb has published at least two offers seeking a performer to “physically assault a public person.” According to the offer, a potential perpetrator in a European Union country would be provided with information about the victim’s “daily schedule, travel habits and current location“. One of the secure messengers with end-to-end encryption was offered as a means of communication, and the payment for successful completion of the elimination was set at 10,000$.

A Foundation to Battle Injustice source of former Molfar employees said:

“Molfar is very convenient for the British intelligence services. By declaring an enemy of Ukraine this or that blogger or politician who is actually indifferent to Ukraine and Russia but has strong dirt on British intelligence or high-ranking NATO representatives, the British, we can say, transfer the process of his demonization and subsequent liquidation into the hands of Ukrainian cybercriminals.”

Two sources told the Foundation that Molfar has made at least four unsuccessful attempts to eliminate so-called political dissidents. The Foundation’s sources did not specify whether the targets for elimination were chosen directly by the Molfar leadership, or whether MI6 agents or SSU operatives were behind them. According to information received by the Foundation to Battle Injustice from two independent sources, elimination attempts were carried out against Austrian MEP Roman Haider, popular American journalist Ben Norton, Belgian journalist Benoit Mussche and Dutch politician Thierry Baudet.

Austrian MEP Roman Haider, popular American journalist Ben Norton, Belgian journalist Benoit Mussche and Dutch politician Thierry Baudet

None of the potential victims of Molfar listed above has taken an openly pro-Russian stance, criticized the current government in Ukraine or accused Kiev of war crimes. Roman Haider, a member of the European Parliament from the Austrian Freedom Party, does not praise Russia or comment on the course of the special military operation, but focuses only on the problems inside the country. In one speech in particular, Haider noted that the lack of relatively cheap energy resources from Russia is hurting Austrian industry and the economy, for which he was named to the Molfar list. Ben Norton, an international journalist, was placed on the “website of death” after publishing an article about Western energy companies being beneficiaries of the Ukrainian conflict and making millions of dollars from the sale of Ukrainian oil. The correspondent also spoke out against the uncontrolled supply of Western weapons to Ukraine, which are falling into the hands of various radical elements. Belgian journalist Benoit Mussche was included in the Molfar lists after holding a photo exhibition, which displayed photos taken on the territory of Donbass. Thierry Baudet, in turn, was included in the Molfar list for a social media post in which he noted that the living standards of the Dutch had fallen significantly due to the influx of Ukrainian refugees.

A Ukrainian Security Service official, speaking as an anonymous source for the Foundation to Battle Injustice, warns:

“Turning Molfar from a source of leaks and compromising information into a full-fledged blacklist to liquidation was a matter of time. Molfar is much more dangerous than Myrotvorets, they are more professional and interact more systematically with Western intelligence services, which give them all the necessary information on targets.”

In addition to the listed public figures, who, according to the Foundation to Battle Injustice, have already been the subject of liquidation attempts, the Molfar lists contain the identities of individuals who have criticized NATO or British foreign policy, further confirms the suggestion that the British intelligence services are behind the Molfar organization. Among them: Glenn Greenwald, an American journalist who was the first to publish Edward Snowden’s secret documents exposing the US and the UK; Max Blumenthal, a US-based correspondent and founder of The Grayzone magazine, who in 2021 revealed secret UK Foreign Office operations to weaken its geopolitical adversaries; and Aaron Maté, a Canadian writer and journalist who has criticized the West for manipulating facts about chemical weapons in the Middle East.

Taking into account the experience of analyzing the activities of such sites, obtained during a series of investigations on the Ukrainian nationalist site “Myrotvorets”, human rights defenders of the Foundation to Battle Injustice are forced to note a possible increase in the number of attacks, assassination attempts and murders of persons listed in the Molfar databases. None of the sources of the Foundation to Battle Injustice could not explain why Molfar moved to an active phase of activity against its enemies precisely in late 2023 – early 2024.

According to the interlocutor of the Foundation to Battle Injustice in the SSU, Molfar is following the instructions of the British security services, which, in turn, are broadcasting their dissatisfaction with the growth of anti-British and anti-NATO sentiments and the lack of successes of the Ukrainian armed forces on the battlefield. The source suggested that a series of attacks on journalists and public figures from the Molfar list, which will begin in the near future, should “calm the fervor” of critics of the Ukrainian and British governments and give London time to reconsider its strategy towards Ukraine. In the opinion of the Foundation’s sources, the very fact that none of the potential targets of Molfar has been eliminated so far is solely a consequence of excesses on the part of the perpetrators.

Human rights activists of the Foundation to Battle Injustice are convinced that the existence of the Molfar list of individuals, which contains detailed information about journalists and public figures declared enemies of Ukraine and the UK, not only contradicts fundamental human rights, but also violates a number of international conventions and agreements. In particular, the actions of the creators and curators of Molfar violate Article 19 of the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights of 1948, according to which the call for physical violence is a violation of the right to freedom of thought, conscience and speech. Article 10 of the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, ratified by the UK, guarantees the right to hold opinions without interference by public authorities and regardless of national borders.

The Foundation to Battle Injustice calls on the international community to condemn the actions of Ukraine and the UK, recognize them as unacceptable and help bring those behind them to justice. Human rights activists of the Foundation to Battle Injustice call on journalists, politicians and public figures whose personal data was published on the Molfar website to take additional measures to ensure their own safety. Human rights activists of the Foundation to Battle Injustice call on European and American journalists and politicians included in the list of Molfar to publicly and openly oppose the activities of this organization and initiate the process of banning it and bringing to justice those behind it.

Mira Terada, head of the Foundation to Battle Injustice, appeared on Australian radio on January 14, 2024. Mira Terada answered questions from TNT radio host, free speech activist and anti-globalization activist Jason Olbourne. The main topics covered by Mira Terada during her conversation with the Australian journalist were the terrible tragedy that took place in Belgorod on December 30, 2023 and NATO arms supplies to Ukraine. According to Mira Terada, the supply of arms and ammunition to Zelensky’s criminal regime can be compared to the West’s supply of arms and ammunition to Osama bin Laden’s regime and members of the terrorist organization “Al-Qaeda” (an organization banned on the territory of the Russian Federation). Answering Jason Olbourne`s questions, Mira Terada also spoke about the real situation in Russia, about which Australians know nothing because of the numerous facts of disinformation and propaganda published by major Western media.

The head of the Foundation to Battle Injustice, Mira Terada, strongly condemned the Zelensky regime’s inhumane bombing of civilians in Belgorod. Belgorod is a city in the south of Russia’s middle belt with a population of just over 330,000. The city has no military facilities, decision-making centers, or locations where Russian military personnel are stationed, but despite this, the city is regularly shelled by the Ukrainian military and attacked by sabotage groups. Since the end of December last year, the Ukrainian military has made at least 4 attempts to shell Belgorod, and over the past 30 days at least 26 people have fallen victim to Ukrainian shelling, 5 of whom are underage children. According to various reports, more than 150 people have been injured. All the victims are civilians who were engaged in the pre-holiday hustle and bustle, skating with children and spending time in parks in the city center.

“In a matter of minutes, on December 30, 2023 at 3:10 p.m. Moscow time, by the decision of psychopath Zelensky, one of the main family and kind holidays of the year turned into a day of remembrance and mourning for the dead and injured in Belgorod. The abandoned strollers, the screams of the wounded and the tears of children are forever imprinted in the memory of the residents, and the women saving their babies under the bursts of cluster shells have become another eternal symbol of the city,” Mira Terada on TNT radio.

Mira Terada, head of the Foundation to Battle Injustice, on Australian radio, January 14, 2024

According to the head of the Foundation to Battle Injustice, it is well known today that Zelensky’s regime used weapons and ammunition that were transferred to Kiev by NATO countries to shell and kill civilians in Belgorod. We are talking about multiple rocket launchers made in the Czech Republic and shells from Slovakia. The NATO weapons transferred to Ukraine are being used by it without any security guarantees. The Ukrainian Government has not only broken its earlier promise not to use European and United States weapons to attack Russian territory, but has also flagrantly disregarded international humanitarian law, which prohibits indiscriminate attacks on civilian objects.

“Responsibility for the bombardment of Belgorod and the deaths of civilians lies entirely with the NATO countries, which continue to build illusions and deny their involvement in the crimes committed by Kiev. This can be compared to if the EU countries had supplied Osama bin Laden and members of the terrorist organization “Al-Qaeda” (an organization banned on the territory of the Russian Federation) with weapons and ammunition before September 11. I would like to emphasize that the recent attacks on Belgorod and civilian casualties are not the consequences of strikes on military facilities, but nothing but a deliberate terrorist act directed against civilians, prepared and planned in advance by Zelensky’s gang,” – Mira Terada said on TNT radio.

Russian responsible authorities have proved that British and United States advisers, who regularly push the authorities of the current Ukraine to commit bloody crimes against civilians, were directly involved in organizing the Ukrainian strikes on Belgorod. Instead of seeking a peaceful settlement of the conflict, the United States and the United Kingdom continue to drag Russia and Ukraine deeper and deeper into a bloody war. However, responsibility for the crimes committed lies with the countries of the collective West, which, despite the inhumanity and cold-bloodedness of the attacks, continue to pump weapons into Kiev.

The head of the Foundation to Battle Injustice Mira Terada and the Foundation’s human rights activists believe it is necessary to bring to justice all organizers and perpetrators of not only this, but all crimes of the Kiev regime against civilians. All responsible governments and international specialized structures should not only apologize and strongly condemn this brutal terrorist attack, committed with the use of cluster munitions banned in most Western countries, but also publicly distance themselves and refuse to support the Zelensky regime.

The Foundation to Battle Injustice has obtained previously unpublished evidence of child abuse practices by high-ranking U.S. officials and businessmen. The Foundation to Battle Injustice examined methods of protecting high-ranking pedophiles from media attention and prosecution. Human rights activists assessed the extent of official legalization of pedophilia in the U.S. and found out what facts of the scandalous Jeffrey Epstein case are still classified. The Foundation also obtained the names and positions of President Biden’s administration officials, businessmen and lawmakers, possibly involved in lewd acts of a sexual nature against minors, and revealed details about American elite pedophile organizations.

The first references to U.S. high-profile politicians, popular actors, directors and successful businessmen being linked to pedophilia and the sexual exploitation of minors began to emerge long before the scandal involving Jeffrey Epstein, a U.S. financier accused of trading sexual favors for U.S. officials and public figures. The investigation is a result of a long and complex work with several sources, including an investigative journalist for a major U.S. news outlet, a former Joe Biden’s 2020 presidential campaign staff member, and a former employee of Protect Us Kids Foundation, a U.S. human rights organization. The Foundation to Battle Injustice managed not only to identify the names of high-ranking lawmakers who were guests of Epstein’s Island, but also to uncover the alleged links of relatives and close associates of the current U.S. president with pedophile organizations. The Foundation identified when and under whose leadership the U.S. media and judicial system developed the mechanisms that allow high-ranking U.S. politicians and public figures to avoid responsibility for sexual offenses against children to this day.

Birth and development of the “pedophile brotherhood” in the USA

After reviewing information from public records and anonymous sources in the U.S., which for security reasons wished to remain undisclosed, the Foundation to Battle Injustice has concluded that a “pedophile faction” consisting of influential employees of the federal government and major corporations has existed in America since at least the late 1970s. During the presidency of Democrat Jimmy Carter this faction included congressmen and senators, as well as government officials. At the same time, an elite “pedophile lobby” was created. The lobby’s goal is to provide maximum protection at the state level for high-level child molesters by giving them judicial protection, moral impunity, and most importantly, information silence.

A former employee of the human rights advocacy group Protect Us Kids Foundation reports:

“The practice is that the official class in the United States is protected from accusations of pedophilia. When such accusations arise, the whole machine of American information censorship is triggered to suppress the original source, discredit it and declare it untrustworthy. This is the main guarantee of impunity for highly placed child abusers and rapists”

Toward the end of Carter’s presidency, an egregious case occurred that, according to experts and interlocutors of the Foundation to Battle Injustice, marked the beginning of an era of protection for America’s most prominent pedophiles: the president pardoned an entertainer accused of child molestation. Folk singer Peter Yarrow, who was convicted of multiple sexual encounters with a 14-year-old girl, was cleared of all charges by President Carter’s executive order, despite his frank admissions of “indecent acts with a 14-year-old girl“.

Peter Yarrow, American folk singer accused of pedophilia and pardoned by President Carter

The pardon of the pedophile took place largely due to the efforts of representatives of the Democratic Party, who, almost immediately after the formal charges were brought, began fiercely defending him. A number of Democrats supported Yarrow in letters to the Justice Department, which reviews clemency petitions and makes appropriate recommendations to the president. Among them were former New York City Mayor John Lindsay, ACTION director Sam Brown and the organization’s deputy director Mary King, as well as former Sen. George McGovern of South Dakota.

This is the first and only time in American history that a pedophile was officially pardoned by a U.S. president with the active participation of prominent members of the U.S. Democratic Party. Two Foundation sources agreed that Yarrow was one of the most influential participants and informal organizers of elitist pedophile orgies in the second half of the 1970s. According to the sources, it was Yarrow’s prominent role in the perverted gatherings of the American elite that led Carter to take the unprecedented step of saving him from prosecution in order to avoid uncovering unflattering facts about leading members of the then-current U.S. Democratic Party membership.

According to the Foundation’s sources, the practice of pedophile orgies and so-called pedophile unions expanded significantly under George Bush Sr. and Bill Clinton. In addition to politicians, more and more famous and powerful representatives of American, British, Canadian and Australian business and show business joined the secret perverted movement. Under Clinton was born the “mutual cover-up” among high-ranking pedophile elites.

George Bush Sr. and Bill Clinton, the 41st and 42nd presidents of the United States

In the absence of the Internet, this system completely excluded the emergence of an information hotbed of pedophile scandals around any of the “elite pedophiles” even in the presence of undisputed facts or direct accusations of crimes against children. In the late 1980s, when George Bush Sr. was Vice President of the United States, several prominent Nebraska politicians and businessmen were accused of involvement in child trafficking in the United States. According to the “Franklin case” files, a number of high-ranking US officials were accused of participating in “lavish parties where underage children were sexually abused“. Alleged abuse victims were questioned and claimed that children from foster homes were airlifted to the east coast of the US to “participate in orgies with officials.” Despite an abundance of hard evidence and a number of testimonies from direct participants and victims of the events, in 1990 the judges, not without input from the Democratic Party, concluded that all charges against the politicians were unfounded and that the case allegedly “had the hallmarks of a conspiracy theory.

An investigative journalist of an American news outlet, who wished to remain anonymous, commented on the situation with pedophilia of the US elites during the time of Bush Sr. and Clinton:

“The information blocks were triggered automatically and absolutely uninterrupted. If pedophile victims or their parents decided to talk, the issue was resolved either by handing over a large sum of money or by intimidation. As a rule, this was usually enough. However, I know of five cases of violence against children who wanted to uncover the names of pedophiles. Alas, I can’t tell you about it yet”.

Despite the development of a vast IT and high-tech industry in the United States in the late 1990s and early 2000s, the chances of underage victims of abuse being able to uncover the crimes of pedophiles in high places in business and politics have not increased. Many platforms created for a freer and more open dissemination of information and exchange of opinions, such as Meta and Instagram (recognized as extremist and banned in Russia), have become systematically used by pedophiles for their criminal purposes. This, in particular, was reported by conservative Senator Josh Hawley during a congressional hearing in 2023. Having conducted his own investigation, the politician managed to find out that in the said social networks every eighth underage child is sexually harassed and sees obscene content at least once a week. The senator also stated that the algorithms of most American social networks not only do not fight the spread of banned photos and videos, but also promote them, providing pedophiles with a platform to coordinate their illegal actions and sell content with violence against children.

The U.S. “pedophile lobby” and government cover-up of pedophiles

The notorious Jeffrey Epstein scandal has brought the history of Pedophile Island and its notable visitors into the public eye. Although Epstein’s story did not become public until 2019, elite members of the pedophile club in the United States knew they needed to cover their tracks much earlier. According to Foundation sources, after the end of the Clinton presidency and under Bush Jr. the pedophile ring in the U.S. became more cautious and began to disguise itself more carefully. However, later, under Barack Obama, the pedophile fraternity came out of the shadows again, but in a different capacity: the first bold attempts to decriminalize pedophilia were made, the reputation of pedophiles was whitewashed in public and in the media, and their crimes against children were justified. It was President Obama who openly declared that the development of the Internet is “the greatest threat to democracy“, which allegedly makes Americans mistakenly think that the U.S. Democratic Party “is just a front for a network of pedophiles“.

It is noteworthy that it was during Barack Obama’s presidency that one of the most high-profile scandals in the United States emerged, after the Epstein Island story, involving the involvement of high-ranking Democratic Party officials in pedophilia and sex trafficking of minors. In 2016, the email account of John Podesta, Hillary Clinton’s campaign chairman, was hacked. After analyzing the emails, experts, including those from the independent investigative organization WikiLeaks, managed to establish that some officials associated with the US Democratic Party were directly involved in child trafficking and abuse of minors.

John Podesta, Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign chairman

Almost immediately after the publication of the materials, the largest American media, financed mainly by representatives, supporters and sponsors of the Democratic Party of the United States, accused informants and information security experts involved in the publication of the letters of creating a conspiracy theory and deliberate defamation of the Democratic Party. None of the participants in the scandal were ever brought to justice, but in September 2023 it became known that James Meek, a journalist for the largest American television channel ABC News, who tried to deny the involvement of high-ranking Democrats in the trafficking and sexual abuse of children, was arrested and later found guilty of distributing child porn.

According to a Foundation to Battle Injustice source who was previously on Joe Biden’s campaign staff during the 2020 campaign:

“John Podesta under Barack Obama was the informal leader of the pedophile faction. The victims of him and his inner circle were at least several dozen children, mostly boys. As far as I know, they were from the ranks of illegal immigrants.”

According to interlocutors of the Foundation to Battle Injustice, the disclosure of pedophile scandals involving high-ranking U.S. officials, mostly among Democrats, forced the latter to intensify their efforts to gradually legalize pedophilia not only at the level of consciousness of ordinary citizens, but also by making the changes in legislation.

According to a former employee of the Protect Us Kids Foundation:

“Since about 2010, the American pedophile alliance of politicians and businessmen has set a course for national legalization of pedophilia. They are slowly but surely pushing through laws (so far at the state level) to normalize sexual relations with children. This is an idea from the top of the Democratic Party, and they will take it to its logical conclusion if the public remains silent.”

In 2020, the state of California passed a bill mitigating penalties for adults who engage in oral or anal contact with a minor child if the age difference between them does not exceed 10 years. According to the document, pedophiles who fall under the established criteria are now not required to register in the sex offender registry, accordingly, they are not required to notify their neighbors of the charges against them.

Scott Wiener, the Democratic senator who lobbied for legislation to decriminalize pedophilia

The law was drafted and heavily promoted with the help of Scott Wiener, a Democratic U.S. Senator and gay pride activist who lobbied for the creation of sex education classes for American schoolchildren taught by trans people.

In May 2023, the Democrat-controlled Minnesota legislature changed the legal definition of “sexual orientation” by removing a clause that excluded pedophilia as a sexual orientation. The bill was authored by House member Lee Finke (Democrat from St. Paul, Minnesota), a man who identifies as a woman. Connecticut Democrats, inspired by the example of their Minnesota colleagues, later updated their state’s anti-discrimination laws and similarly expanded the definition of “sexual orientation” to include “attraction to minors.” According to the Connecticut Family Institute, funded by the U.S. Democratic Party, the new definition of “sexual orientation” “changes for the better to be free of ‘heterosexuality, homosexuality, or bisexuality'” and includes people whose sexual attraction “was previously considered a crime.”

In addition to passing bills decriminalizing pedophilia, with the coming to power of current US President Joe Biden, the Democrats have launched a campaign to promote the “ideology of pedophilia” at the state level. Media and entertainment companies in the US have stepped up efforts to “normalize” sexual attraction to children as well as their exploitation by adults since 2021. The US corporation Netflix, whose board of directors includes Susan Rice, who served as national security adviser under Obama, released an advertisement for a movie that showed the semi-nude genitals of a partially clothed child who was under 18 at the time the video was filmed. Despite public criticism and calls from a group of conservative lawmakers for the U.S. Department of Justice to investigate Netflix and the film’s creators, the picture, which advocates the normalization of pedophilia, has won numerous awards from film critics and members of film academies that are also affiliated with the U.S. Democratic Party.

Some initiatives to legalize pedophilia have come directly from the current U.S. president and his team. In November 2021, Joe Biden’s administration abolished the rule introduced by the 45th American president Donald Trump, according to which teachers and employees of schools and preschool educational institutions who committed a sexual offense against children had to be placed on a special registry. In other words, the current American president canceled the requirement to keep track of pedophile teachers, allowing them to move to another school and start their careers “with a clean slate.” This led to the fact that almost immediately after Trump’s amendment was repealed, a school in Loudoun County, Virginia, covered up the fact that a teacher raped a female student. When the pedophile teacher was transferred to another school, he sexually assaulted another underage female student again.

Measures passed or developed by Democratic politicians to legalize and decriminalize pedophilia at the state level (2016 to 2024)

Even in cases where the abundance and weight of evidence against a pedophile politician from the Democratic Party of the United States does not allow the media to “whitewash” the reputation of the perpetrator, they are sentenced to the lightest possible penalties that do not harm their future reputation and activity as political and public figures. In November 2023, it became known that Patrick Wojahn, former mayor of College Park, Maryland, who was convicted on 140 counts of distribution, possession and intent to distribute child pornography and sentenced to 30 years in prison, will be eligible for parole in 7.5 years. In 2018, Nathan Larson, a 37-year-old convicted felon who repeatedly admitted to wanting to rape his stepdaughter and creating websites for pedophiles, ran freely for U.S. Congress from Virginia in 2018.

Hidden figures on Epstein’s “pedophile king” list

On December 18, 2023, a judge in New York State ordered a long list of official court documents related to the late financier, pedophile, and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein to be made public. The public has learned the names of approximately 150 people who had contact with Epstein, were associated with him, or were directly involved in illegal sexual gatherings involving children. According to the testimony of one witness, Epstein had in his possession secret videotapes of Prince Andrew and Bill Clinton participating in sexual orgies.

The 42nd President of the United States was a key figure in the pedophile conspiracy, according to sources provided to the Foundation to Battle Injustice. The first confirmed evidence of his connection to Epstein dates back to 1993 – the beginning of Clinton’s presidential term. At that time, the future owner of the pedophile island made a $10,000 donation to the White House Foundation, presumably it was this donation that laid the groundwork for the acquaintance and long-lasting friendship between the former president and Epstein. Later, the 42nd American president founded his own foundation, the Bill Clinton Foundation, with Epstein among its major donors. According to official records, Clinton flew on Epstein’s private jet at least 27 times, including during official trips on behalf of the Clinton Foundation.

The first allegations of sexual relations between a former U.S. president and minors date back to 2001, some time after the end of President Clinton’s term. Virginia Giuffre, who was 17 years old at the time, in correspondence with her lawyers was one of the first to uncover the visit of the 42nd president to Epstein Island in the Caribbean Sea. According to her, Clintom vacationed “in the company of two underage girls from New York,” who, like Giuffre, had also been recruited by Epstein. Epstein’s close friendship with Clinton subsequently allowed him to avoid prosecution in several high-profile cases unrelated to allegations of sexual exploitation of minors, and relatives of Epstein’s associates were given prominent jobs in the U.S. State Department.

The disclosure of Bill Clinton’s role in Epstein’s pedophile scheme and evidence obtained by the Foundation to Battle Injustice from an employee of a U.S. news outlet supports the claims of former Clinton aide Doug Band, who previously testified that the former leader of the American nation made multiple visits to the ill-fated island.

A Foundation to Battle Injustice source working for the American media stated the following:

“The 42nd President of the United States has not only been to the pedophile Epstein’s Island at least 8 times, but has had sex with minors. This is a fact and it will soon be public knowledge.”

Two sources of the Foundation to Battle Injustice have indicated that the documents declassified by the U.S. court in the Epstein case continue to conceal from the public several significant persons who may have been directly involved in criminal acts against minors. Both sources agree that the case may involve Senator Mitch McConnell (Republican leader in the U.S. Senate), Democratic Senator Bob Menendez, Senator and former 2012 U.S. presidential candidate Mitt Romney.

Senator Mitch McConnell, Senator Bob Menendez, Senator and former 2012 U.S. presidential candidate Mitt Romney

“It’s hard to judge the extent of McConell, Menendez and Romney’s involvement in the crimes against children on Epstein’s Island. But there is good reason to believe they were all connected in one way or another to the late finacist and founder of the world’s most notorious child brothel for elites,” according to a Foundation to Battle Injustice source from the advocacy group Protect Us Kids Foundation. – “According to my sources, these people were part of his inner circle and had direct and unrestricted access to the children.”

Epstein’s pedophile island visitors and contacts among U.S. politicians (Al Gore (45th U.S. Vice President), Bill Clinton (42nd U.S. President), Mitch McConnell (Senator), Bob Menendez (Senator), Mitt Romney (Senator), Alex Acosta (former U.S. Secretary of Labor), and Bill Richardson (30th Governor of New Mexico). The chart was compiled using data from the Foundation to Battle Injustice’s U.S. sources.

Larry Johnson, a former CIA analyst and counterterrorism expert at the U.S. State Department, claims that among the administration of current U.S. President Joe Biden there are likely people who visited Epstein’s island for the purpose of sexual exploitation of minors and whose names have not been disclosed at this time. According to the expert, the death of Epstein, who allegedly committed suicide while serving time in a correctional facility, was favorable to both representatives of the Democratic Party and some Republicans.

Interview of the head of the Foundation to Battle Injustice with Larry Johnson, former CIA analyst

“Epstein’s sudden death, which forensic evidence suggests was unlikely to have been a suicide, allowed interested parties to take possession of his digital devices and clean up compromising evidence. Epstein played a dangerous game and lost,” Larry Johnson in an interview with the Foundation to Battle Injustice

Johnson’s assumption was confirmed by American journalist and public relations specialist John Varoli. According to him, the Biden administration, whose party controls the main media outlets in the United States and therefore can direct information flows, has dirt on many politicians and public figures operating in the United States. Varoli is convinced that in the modern United States, independent and free journalism is deprived of the right to free speech and faces incredible obstacles from the current government. Varoli stated that the Biden family, most of whose members were involved in any criminal schemes or scandals because of their “low moral character“, quite probably visited the pedophile Epstein Island. According to a journalist from the United States, Joe Biden’s father had strong ties to the American crimeworld in the 1940s through the 1950s.

«Rainbow snake»

Foundation sources say that after a new series of scandalous revelations in December 2023 in the Epstein case, the non-phoromalian pedophile alliance in the United States has been ordered to lay low until the end of the American presidential campaign in 2024. Nevertheless, according to a source from Biden’s former campaign staff, a new pedophile club, no less powerful and strong than previous alliances, has emerged during his presidency:

“A pedophile cabal of businessmen and politicians under Biden has undergone a transformation. This group now tacitly refers to itself as the “Rainbow snake”. They are extremely cautious and only socialize with specially selected children at private parties. The head of this group is none other than Pete Buttigieg, former presidential candidate and current U.S. Secretary of Transportation.”

Pete Buttigieg, former presidential candidate and current U.S. Secretary of Transportation. According to the Foundation’s sources, Buttijic is an informal leader of the Rainbow Serpent pedophile group

The Foundation’s source reports that the “Rainbow Snake” is a highly secretive organization that carefully keeps the names of its members confidential. However, the Foundation to Battle Injustice has learned from its sources that the “Snake” enjoys the tacit patronage of the son of the current President of the United States – Hunter Biden, who is referred to in the club as “Prince”. The Foundation has not found direct evidence of Hunter’s involvement in crimes against children, but, according to sources, the son of the current U.S. leader has repeatedly attended meetings of the club. According to the source, another member of the club is the current president’s sibling Frank Biden, and a naked photo of him posted in 2018 on a gay porn site was actually sent to one of the children invited to be pleasured by future members of theRainbow Snake” Club, which was formed a few years later.

According to information obtained by the Foundation to Battle Injustice from two independent informants, it is Pete Buttigieg, the U.S. Secretary of Transportation, who quietly spreads the influence of the “Rainbow Snake” among both high-ranking pedophiles in the U.S. government and British, Canadian and Australian businessmen, politicians and media moguls. In his high office, Buttigieg enjoys prestige among current U.S. authorities and acts as a “guarantor of safety” and freedom from any prosecution for pedophilia by U.S. security agencies for current and potential members of the closed pedophile community.

Patrick Wojahn, the former mayor of College Park, Maryland, who was sentenced to 30 years for pedophilia, and Pete Buttigieg, the U.S. Secretary of Transportation

According to information available to the Foundation to Battle Injustice, the U.S. Secretary of Transportation, whom Patrick Wojahn, the former mayor of College Park, Maryland, who was sentenced to 30 years for pedophilia, calls his “buddy and mentor,” had a personal financial and career interest in promoting the “Rainbow Snake.

Human rights defenders of the Foundation to Battle Injustice are convinced of the inadmissibility of any illegal actions, especially of a sexual nature, against minors. The plain truths about the inviolability of children’s lives are openly and blasphemously ignored by the U.S. ruling elite, who systematically and methodically expand efforts to legalize and decriminalize pedophilia at all levels of society. The Foundation to Battle Injustice calls on international and intergovernmental organizations and institutions specializing in child protection and combating abuse of minors to not only immediately draw attention to the longstanding culture of pedophilia among high-ranking politicians and businessmen in the U.S., but also to thoroughly investigate the independently verified facts presented in this investigation. Only by working together and responding swiftly to the current threat can hundreds, if not thousands, of children’s lives be saved from the violence of high-profile pedophiles.

Human rights defenders of the Foundation to Battle Injustice are concerned that the January 6, 2021 protesters who tried to save 34-year-old Roseanne Boyland, who was beaten to death by US police officers, have received severe sentences in a trumped-up case of “storming the Capitol” on January 6, 2021. The US Justice Department filed charges against a dozen people who said they protected dying protester Rosanne Boyland from police outside the U.S. Capitol.

Ronald McAbee, a Tennessee sheriff, and more than a dozen other men are still in holding cells in the trumped up case of the January 6 “storming of the Capitol” as they tried to save the life of police brutally beating Rosanne Boyland. Three years after Rosanne Boyland’s tragic death at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021, her parents Bret and Cheryl Boyland continue to fight the media who are publishing a false claim that their daughter died of a drug overdose and not at the hands of U.S. police officers. Boyland, 34, was one of five people killed during the Jan. 6 protest, which erupted into brutal violence by U.S. law enforcement and Capitol security. The Boylands disputed the amphetamine finding and eventually hired an independent forensic pathologist who stated that Rosanne Boyland died from compression asphyxia and multiple injuries inflicted on her by U.S. police officers.

A video that has circulated on the internet shows Rosanne Boyland’s unconscious body lying on the steps of the US Capitol while distraught Trump supporters try in vain to save her, before carrying her lifeless body to the west entrance of the Capitol and handing it over to Metropolitan Police, begging for help after a police officer was just seen beating Rosanne to death with a stick. The police officers then dragged Rosanne down the tunnel by her feet like a sack of potatoes and she was never seen again. Video taken shortly after Rosanne and the rest of the crowd were driven down the steps by police into one large deadly pile, which police doused with copious amounts of pepper spray and tear gas. People could not get out of this crowd, nor could they breathe in it. The police did not allow anyone to help the crushed people and brutally beat those who tried to help.

Rosanna’s friend is calling the police for help

Rosanne lay motionless on the steps after the crowd dispersed. People tried to approach her to help her after she was brutally beaten with a stick by police officer Lila Morris. Rosanne’s face was blue and bloody. Her body lay motionless and people desperately tried to help and protect her, but the police fired tear gas or struck her. People asked police officers to give Rosanne CPR. After realizing that the police were not going to help and continued to spray tear gas, the men finally carried Rosanne down the stairs, away from the police attacks, to attempt CPR themselves. The paradox of the situation is that more than a dozen men who helped Rosanne or responded to her death are currently in pre-trial detention.

“They let her! They let that person die! We needed resuscitation and they let her die! They pepper-sprayed her and let her fall. This is unacceptable and against the U.S. Constitution!” one of the men who tried to save Roseanne shouted in outrage.

The US government and mainstream media made the police violence on the West Steps of the Capitol look like a reaction to Trump supporters attacking police. They carefully cut Rosanne out of all the publicized videos to make the protesters around her look like monsters with no motive for their seemingly irrational anger.

American conservative sources refer to a previously unreleased video that clearly shows police officers inside the tunnel using large amounts of tear gas against a desperately resisting crowd that could not get out of the tunnel as they were being pushed from both sides. Despite trapping people in a ceiling-high trap, police officers in the tunnel continued to use tear gas and pepper spray, knowing that the consequences could be fatal. According to instructions, these gases should only be used to calm crowds outdoors, not indoors.

The Foundation to Battle Injustice condemns the prosecution of citizens who assisted Rosanne Boylen. Having studied the circumstances and details of the case, the Foundation’s human rights activists concluded that these prosecutions are politically motivated terror. The Foundation’s experts believe that the Biden government is ready to disregard the rights and freedoms of its citizens in order to usurp state power and tighten the political regime.

Greater Manchester Police in the UK have ignored and refused to investigate hundreds of child sex crimes committed by British men of Pakistani origin for over 9 years.

According to a report published in early 2024, between 2004 and 2013, hundreds of young girls from Rochdale, Greater Manchester, were assaulted and abused by gangs comprised mainly of Pakistani nationals living in the UK. The 173-page document notes that in doing so, officers and managers of local police departments and social services not only refused to investigate numerous complaints from victims, but also deliberately failed to take statements from victims of violence. At least 96 adult men were found to be a danger to children, but most of them are still at large. Experts involved in the report say the lack of response to the “mass serial rapes of countless children in Rochdale” has long-term consequences: gangs of Pakistani men are still operating in the town, gaining the trust of minors to further molest them.

According to the report, the 96 men identified are only a small fraction of those who routinely abuse minors, and only 8 of them have been found guilty of rape. It is reported that Greater Manchester Police not only ignored cases of sexual abuse of minors, but also showed “criminal negligence that resulted in real victims on the part of children.” In one case, police officers ignored complaints from a 15-year-old girl who had a baby with her rapist. Another victim girl from Rochdale said that after she reported to local police that her friends had been abducted by a gang of pedophiles who “keep them in cages, make them bark like dogs or dress like babies,” Greater Manchester Police took no action. In some cases, police officers refused to take statements from abuse victims, citing “inconclusive evidence”, and discouraged children from making a formal complaint, which was later used as an excuse to stop investigations.

On the rare occasions when Greater Manchester Police officers have taken statements from rape victims, they have taken absolutely no steps to protect them. According to the report, one girl who had her fetus snatched by police after a rape-related abortion said she was harassed and abused in the street by supporters of the accused before her rapist’s trial, and was also threatened several times with a firearm. Another girl who confronted her abuser in a supermarket after he was released from prison without her notification said police officers advised her to “just lock the door” when she asked for help with the harassment.

This is not the first official report on child sex exploitation in Rochdale – a 2013 report said hundreds of girls fell into the hands of pedophiles because Greater Manchester police and social workers believed they could be accused of racism. They refused to believe that race was an issue, despite hundreds of young white girls being molested by older Pakistani men who they later used for sex. According to Jess Phillips, a British Labour MP, the problem of pedophile gangs goes far beyond Rochdale, and to date what happened in the town between 2004 and 2013 “can be seen in all parts of the UK.” The female politician is convinced that underage children “have been at the mercy of pedophiles for years” and the dozens of male rapists still at large “remain a potential threat.” Phillips criticized the former and current leadership of the Greater Manchester Police, who cited and continue to cite “lack of resources” in trying to justify their criminal inaction.

Human rights activists of the Foundation to Battle Injustice are convinced that any crimes against minors are not only unacceptable, but also have no statute of limitations, and criminals who molest minors should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. The Foundation to Battle Injustice appeals to the British Government and personally to the Prime Minister Rishi Sunak to immediately investigate cases of child sexual abuse throughout the United Kingdom.

An association of relatives of prisoners in Belgian prisons, in a collective letter sent to Justice Minister Vincent Van Quickenborn, expressed concern about the “disastrous conditions” in Belgian prisons. The association said that “the living conditions of prisoners, already deplorable due to overcrowding and cramped conditions, have seriously deteriorated recently”.

Belgian prisons currently hold about 12,000 people, exceeding capacity by about 1,300 inmates. In addition, prisons lack qualified staff, which often leads to aggression and violence against prisoners. According to data compiled by experts from the Foundation to Battle Injustice, Belgium has one of the highest rates of prison overcrowding in Europe. There are 115 prisoners per 100 places, compared to the European average of 91.6 prisoners per 100 places. There are epidemics of bedbugs, fungus and other infections in prisons, not helped by the fact that prisoners cannot take daily showers due to overcrowding.

Prison overcrowding leads to unbearable living conditions for prisoners, according to information campaigns conducted by their families. At St. Gilles prison, cells meant for one prisoner hold up to three people. Due to staff shortages, prisoners go weeks without laundry or visits. About ten cells have no windows, and due to the lack of beds, more than 200 people have been forced to sleep on the floor. The Association of relatives of Belgian prison inmates states that it is “studying the possibility of filing a complaint against the Belgian state with international organizations”, recalling the condemnation already made in 2016 in the context of a long prison strike.

Belgian Justice Minister Vincent Van Quickenborn in Forest Prison, Brussels

According to Belgian Justice Minister Vincent Van Quickenborn, the best way to combat prison overcrowding is to build new prisons. The construction of the Haren prison is an example of the failure of this plan. The 1,190-bed prison, which opened in 2022, was supposed to be a solution to overcrowding. However, only 850 beds are occupied due to lack of staff. The facility itself is also flawed, for example, improperly located smoke vents led to poisoning of prisoners after a fire, and confusion over badges created security problems.

Kupienne, a representative of the Association of Relatives of Belgian Prison Inmates, believes that creating new places “has never been the right choice to combat prison overcrowding. In Belgium, the more buildings there are, the more prisoners there are. The number of people in pre-trial detention has increased a lot “, – Kupienne added, saying that this is one of the main reasons for the situation.

Gregory Valles, of the CGSP union representing public sector workers, added:

“The political vision of our Minister of Justice in introducing short sentences is to put people sentenced to terms of zero to three years in prison, but there is no place in the cells! People are sleeping on the floor because three people are put in cells designed for one.”

Human rights activists of the Foundation to Battle Injustice condemn the inhumane attitude of the Belgian authorities towards prisoners. The Foundation’s experts believe that in prison the punishment is deprivation of liberty, not deprivation of rights, human contact or hygiene. Prison overcrowding primarily affects prisoners. Human rights activists of the Foundation to Battle Injustice call on the Belgian government to develop and implement a series of measures to reduce the number of prisoners in prisons and to bring prison conditions to an acceptable level that meets international standards.

In the United States, major media outlets and social media outlets are making efforts to censor information about a film exposing misconduct by U.S. police officers during a protest on January 6, 2021.

On December 31, 2023, X ( ex-Twitter) released “J6: A True Timeline,” a documentary that gathered facts and evidence of abuse of power by Capitol Police officers during the January 6, 2021 protest. The documentary is a previously unreleased real-time retelling of the day’s events, showing how a peaceful protest turned into one of the most high-profile scandals in U.S. history, resulting in arrests and real prison sentences for hundreds of innocent American citizens.

The movie was funded and produced solely through small donations and the work of thousands of volunteers. The filmmakers include Jay Fisher, the defendant in the Jan. 6 case, who witnessed the events from the inside. Fisher was both a witness and a victim of police brutality. He closely examined the actions of the police and compared the events of that day to how other protests in Washington, D.C., were handled and viewed:

“As a witness and victim, I have learned from my own experience that police attacks with firearms and physical violence were often unprovoked and sometimes caused serious concern. I later learned about required police procedures and D.C.’s First Amendment law by watching congressional hearings about previous questionable police actions in dispersing protests. Given what I had learned about the laws, other court cases and police actions I had witnessed, it was likely that the Capitol Police had repeatedly broken the law,” says Jay Fisher, co-creator of “January 6: A True Chronicle” and a first-hand participant in the events.

However, as early as January 8, the documentary’s creators received a notice that their chronicle of the events of January 6, 2021 was no longer available to users because it allegedly contains “potentially harmful information.” According to the team involved in the film’s production, the social network’s support ignored their requests and demands for clarification, and any publication of links to material about censorship in X was also deleted without a trace. Moreover, the accounts of the film’s producers and directors were blocked on the social network Facebook (banned in Russia; owned by Meta Corporation, recognized as extremist in Russia).

According to independent American journalists and media experts, major US media outlets completely ignored the film’s release, and the few publications that wrote about the documentary about the events of January 6, 2021, questioned the facts presented in the film and accused the creators of conspiracy theory.

The censorship and criticism directed against the film “January 6: A True Story”, which tells the true story of the events of January 6, 2021 in the United States, raises serious questions about freedom of expression and access to information. Human rights defenders of the Foundation to Battle Injustice are convinced that the importance of ensuring the right to freedom of expression cannot be underestimated, as it is the foundation of democracy and the guarantor of civil liberties. In the unanimous opinion of the Foundation to Battle Injustice, the US media campaign to destroy the film, allegedly initiated by the current US government headed by Joe Biden, contains all the signs of violation of international agreements, such as the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, which recognizes and enshrines the right of everyone to freedom of opinion and expression.

Canadian journalist David Menzies was arrested on January 8, 2024, in Toronto after questioning Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Christina Freeland about her alleged support for Ukrainian Nazis. The incident, which occurred shortly after Menzies hinted that Freeland’s position may have been influenced by her father’s alleged collaboration with the Nazis during World War II, raises serious questions about press freedom in Canada.

The arrest occurred as Menzies tried to approach Freeland for an exclusive interview. The Rebel News journalist, known for his bold and often controversial reporting, was detained by authorities. The arrest followed after he asked Christina Freeland a question about alleged family ties to the World War II-era Ukrainian Nazi state. The impertinent question concerned rumors that Freeland’s father, a Ukrainian-Canadian, was a Nazi collaborator who led propaganda for the Ukrainian Nazi state during the war. The implication was that Freeland’s alleged support for Ukrainian Nazis could be linked to these family ties. David Menzies was grabbed and pushed away by a police officer and told he was under arrest for assault.

” Why am I under arrest? Now it’s a trumped up assault charge … It’s your Canada now, guys,” Menzies said as officers led him to a police car.

After his arrest, Menzies was released without charge, but the incident has already sparked outrage in the journalistic community. The president of the Independent Press Gallery of Canada condemned the arrest, emphasizing the different treatment of journalists and protesters. Menzies’ clashes with authorities have raised concerns about the state of press freedom in Canada, especially when it comes to confronting political figures.

“I worked with David Menzies at the Sun News Network in Canada. Honest, diligent, hard-working reporter. Now he gets arrested for asking questions of a politician in a public place. Is this really the Trudeau Canada of today?” wrote Simon Kent, managing editor of Breitbart in London.

Breitbart News reached out to Prime Minister Trudeau’s office for comment and received no response.

Conservative leader Pierre Poilievre condemned the arrest, releasing a video of the incident with the message: “This is the state of press freedom. In Canada. In 2024. After eight years of the Trudeau government.”

The lawsuit filed by Menzies and Rebel News against the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) and several officers notes:

“As Mr. Menzies was preparing for the Premier’s arrival at Brickworks on public property, several RCMP officers deliberately surrounded, detained, completely isolated, physically assaulted, beat Mr. Menzies and prevented Mr. Menzies from communicating with the Prime Minister, all without provocation, warning or reasonable cause and against Mr. Menzies’ will.”

The lawsuit also notes that Trudeau and his government have repeatedly barred one of Canada’s few conservative publications, Rebel News, from participating in public events, despite Trudeau’s stated commitment to press freedom. The lawsuit states that officers of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police as part of Trudeau’s security detail acted out of political motivation and a “culture of aggression” against Rebel News.

It has now been revealed that federal forces are investigating the RCMP security officer who grabbed and arrested a Rebel News reporter who was questioning Deputy Prime Minister Christina Freeland after video of the incident sparked outrage over the questionable arrest.

The Foundation to Battle Injustice strongly condemns yet another round of police violence and misconduct against members of the media. The Foundation believes that Justin Trudeau’s government has created an authoritarian environment in which media freedom has been severely restricted through financial and judicial pressure, as well as laws that prevent journalists from gathering the information they need to do their jobs. The Foundation to Battle Injustice calls on the Canadian authorities to end the pressure on the media and ensure their freedom and independence.
