Mira Terada, head of the Foundation to Battle Injustice, interviewed Lily Smit, a victim of horrific medical experiments by German doctors, and her husband Hugo Smit. The human rights activist found out how an American pharmaceutical company conducts experiments on foreigners and the elderly in Europe, what it has to do with organ trafficking, and why the Smit family was forced to give up German citizenship for their child in fear of juvenile justice in Germany.
Mira Terada: Good afternoon, dear Hugo and Lily! Thank you for taking the time to do this interview. Could you please tell our viewers and readers your story?
Hugo Smit: My wife went to the hospital with ligament pain. When she went to the hospital the first time, they kept it there for two weeks. They just sent her home, but they did strange tests on her. We didn’t understand why.
WE FOUND OUT LATER THAT THEY GAVE HER OVERDOSES OF MULTIPLE THOUSAND MILLIGRAMS OF HYDROCORTISONE.
They put her in the room with a woman that was hardcore coughing. We protested and we said this is a COVID time. This woman was coughing. She could be infected. The doctor said she has lupus, an autoimmune sickness. I called to hospital and said to them: “If she has an autoimmune sickness, why do you put a woman that is infectious with a coughing in a room?” “Well, we don’t have lot of room. And if you don’t like it, then just leave.” I said: “okay, well, then she has to leave. It doesn’t make sense.” They put her in a room with two women that had the intestinal infectious virus. She went home and she started getting very sick within two weeks, exactly the same symptoms. So we believe she was infected intentionally. She had the same symptoms. She went back to the hospital in the city of Emden. She went back. She had a really bad cough. Very bad cough. And she had intestinal problems when she arrived on February 3. She was supposed to be transferred on February 2 to the German Red Cross Hospital in Bremen. She was just there for a transfer because we were very upset, very angry how she was treated in a very dangerous manner. On February 3 I tried to call her and asked: “are you’re being transferred?” She says to me: “It’s very strange. They put me in a room, no windows, no toilet, no nothing with a machine next to me and I don’t recognize it. I’m taking a picture of this. I have a bad feeling.”
Lily Smit: February 2 a bunch of students show up.
H.S: On February 4th, I could not get Lily on the phone. On February 5th, I was called by the hospital. They told me she was dying. I was told to come to the hospital immediately. At the hospital I was told in German to prepare for Lily’s funeral, as they could not do anything. When I saw Lily in the hospital her face was swollen. I was shocked. I took some photos and contacted our lawyer. How could her condition worsen so much in the hospital in 1-2 days?
L.S.: I spoke with my husband on the phone on February 2nd.
H.S .: Yes, we called each other several times these days. I returned to the hospital on February 9th to pick up my wife. I was told that she was transferred to another hospital. I wanted to speak to her doctor, but he was not there.
LATER I FOUND OUT THAT LILY HAS BEEN TRANSFERRED TO THE SO-CALLED RESPECTABLE RESEARCH UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL IN MUNSTER. SHE WAS TRANSFERD THERE WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION. WE DID NOT SIGN ANYTHING.
I began to find out what happened to my wife. I discovered that Lily’s medical details had been released online and that as of February 14, 2022, she was in a coma. The published data also stated that my wife was involved in clinical research related to blood poisoning, kidney failure and lung failure. Tests were carried out by CytoSorb. Later, I received documents from which I learned that Lily had pulmonary hemorrhage and multiple organ failure. This was an official study, and the results were published on the Clinicaltrials.gov website. The study papers listed the name of a doctor I don’t know. Six months later, I learned that this doctor was conducting clinical research related to kidney and multiple organ failure.
MOST OF THE PATIENTS INVOLVED IN THESE TESTS DIED.
It is crime to publish medical data of patients without their permission, but Lily’s data was published on the Internet anyway. That team of researchers also indicated that they consulted with doctors from the German Red Cross hospital about Lily’s condition. I called the Red Cross hospital, and they told me that they did not take part in these studies. Step by step I collected information about what happened to Lily and found out that she was deliberately poisoned and injected with huge doses of drugs for diseases that she did not have.
LILY DID NOT HAVE TUBERCULOSIS, BUT SHE WAS INTRODUCED 4 DRUGS FOR THIS DISEASE AT THE SAME TIME.
When I started calling medical institutions with questions about what happened to Lily, I began to receive threats from Italy. I don’t have any friends there. I used to work as a journalist and saw a lot of questionable things. I did some research and found out that these CytoSorb clinical trials are sponsored by the US military. I also found out that this doctor has been publishing his research since 2015. He writes that for a successful result of research, the patient must necessarily have kidney failure. My wife did not have kidney failure. We are healthy. We don’t smoke, we don’t drink.
L.S.: I have never had kidney problems.
H.S: On April 19, I went to the hospital and demanded that Lily’s data be removed from the Internet. After that, I received a letter stating that I was not allowed to visit this hospital. They tried to make Lily look crazy and make me look aggressive. This is a classic tactic. I’m sure local politicians are involved in all this.
FOREIGNERS AND MIGRANTS WHO DO NOT SPEAK GERMAN AS WELL AS ELDERLY PEOPLE ARE MOSTLY INVOLVED IN SUCH STUDIES.
In their case, they can always justify themselves with various complications. Now we live in fear.
M.T.: Why?
H.S: It turned out that CytoSorb has a branch in Italy. We started getting calls from there. I spoke with the director of the local criminal police. He looked through the documents and said that most likely it was organized and that if so, then this would be the biggest scandal in Northern Germany. He also said that he did not have jurisdiction to investigate the case. He advised us to be careful. In the Emden hospital, Lily’s phone and her medical card went missing. I called the Münster hospital and they told me they didn’t have her phone. Later I found out that her phone was left in Emden. I called the hospital and demanded them to return it. I told them that the GPS in the phone showed that the phone was in the hospital. The next day, the police called me and said that Lily’s phone happened to be in the possession of another patient.
L.S.: I was alone in the room.
H.S.:
WHEN LILY’S PHONE WAS RETURNED, I DISCOVERED THAT THEY HAVE TRIED TO CHANGE THE LANGUAGE FROM ENGLISH TO GERMAN ON IT AND THAT MY MESSAGES HAVE BEEN DELETED.
I also found out that the doctors from Münster knew the doctor at the Emden hospital. He took a lot of tests from Lily without our permission. She had a blood transfusion and an MRI.
L.S.: When I woke up, the first thing they tried to do was to inject some substance. The nurse said it affects the brain.
H.S: Yes, when I came to visit Lily, she acted and looked like she was hit by a truck. Her thought processes were severely slowed down.
L.S.: I couldn’t speak, but I found that I could write messages on my phone. I texted to the nurse on my phone that I didn’t want to be given this drug. She forced me into it. They mocked me. I heard what they were talking about me. I understand German.
M.T.: How are you now?
L.S.: My fingers and my feet are swollen. I feel like I have something around my neck. I have a fast heartbeat. I can hardly move my arms.
H.S: One more thing about the phone. When Lily texted me, she had audio recording turned on. I heard the doctors talking about her.
L.S.: They insulted me.
H.S: They spoke German and called her dirty Chinese. One of the doctors asked: “Are you still alive?” Another doctor, when talking to her with a Mexican accent. Then Lily was told in broken English that she would be given a sedative because she had mental problems. I called the hospital and said I had heard that Lily was being sedated. I asked her not to inject Lyly anything extra, including sedatives.
THE NEXT DAY THE DOCTORS TOOK AWAY LILY’S PHONE, BEATED HER AND TIED HER TO THE BED. THEY SENT A DOCUMENT TO THE COURT THAT I ASKED THE HOSPITAL STAFF TO TIE LILY TO THE BED FOR HER SAFETY.
They wrote that she allegedly attacked a nurse and broke some kind of apparatus. Naturally, she didn’t. Look how skinny she is.
L.S.: They injected me with a lot of drugs. I even wrote a statement about the refusal of these injections. My husband also called them and asked them not to give extra drugs to me, but they still gave me these drugs.
M.T.: How did the doctors react when you first announced the experiments on Lily?
H.S.: We did not contact the doctors. First, we contacted the lawyer, and then the mayor’s office. We called representatives of one of the political parties and sent them a copy of this information. Nobody replied to us. The police just laughed at us. Lily survived only because I called the hospital and said that she would be transferred to another hospital. I was told that she was about to die. I told them that I did not care and that I would come with a lawyer. In the end, I took her from there.
L.S.: I asked him to take me away from that place.
H.S: On Lily’s phone, they delated this message. It stayed on mine. I believe that the local authorities are involved in this and are trying to cover up it. I contacted the Department of Justice. The employee mocked us.
L.S.: She changed all the data in the documents: names, dates and so on.
M.T.: According to the reports that you provided shortly before the interview, the American company CytoSorb is testing its drugs on patients, often without their knowledge. How do they formalize it legally?
H.S: I traced the history of this company. Some time ago they opened an office in Germany. The CytoSorb website states that all research is done in Berlin. I also found photos of the owners of this company with Mr. Steiner, Philip Chen and Prince Philip. Apparently, these people are funding CytoSorb. In the archives of the site, I found a contract according to which medical organizations can conduct clinical trials based on CytoSorb, and this corporation undertakes the publication of the research results. I contacted the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). I contacted the FBI. Nobody replied to me. I contacted the Canadian embassy and reported the tests on wife of a Canadian citizen. I asked the embassy to send a request to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, as even internationally it is illegal to publish patient medical information. I didn’t contact CytoSorb directly because they would try to discredit me. All the information that I sent you can be found in the public domain. The only thing is that I went to the complaints committee in the hospital, but its staff reacted very aggressively.
M.T.: Do you admit that corruption is involved in the relationship between the American pharmaceutical company and the European test subjects? If so, how widespread is it in Europe?
H.S: I only conducted this investigation because my wife was hurt. I read on clinicaltrials.gov that CytoSorb is doing trials all over Europe, but mostly in Germany. I think these studies are widespread. I have also read that physicians receive various perks for research based on CytoSorb. I believe that corruption in this case is widespread.
M.T.: You also claim that your spouse became a “guinea pig” because of her origin and skin color. Are the racist-eugenic ideas of the Nazi past still widespread in Germany?
H.S: What I’m about to say may not sound diplomatic at all. I am 25% German. I have German relatives. So, I’m not just a foreigner complaining about Germany. I speak German.
I AM 99% SURE THAT EUGENICS STILL EXISTS IN GERMANY. NOW IT LOOKS DIFFERENT, BUT IS STILL EXISTS. EVEN IF YOU DRESS A NAZI IN A CLOWN COSTUME, HE WILL REMAIN A NAZI.
Nazism is widespread. It entered the healthcare system. I suspect insurance companies may be involved. Many worry that Nazism might be resurfacing in Germany, but it’s not just spreading here, it’s already entrenched in society. I think, as in the past, it is sponsored by America.
M.T.: Have you contacted European and international human rights organizations and courts? Did you get any help from them? I’m not talking about the Canadian authorities, as they responded to your complaints.
H.S.: I contacted the European Medicines Agency, but they said it was not their jurisdiction. We are afraid to go to the hospital here. We do not trust local hospitals. I would feel more confident in a hospital in any other country.
M.T.: Is it possible to say that the experiments carried out on patients are connected with the trade in organs?
H.S.: Yes. An anesthesiologist at the Emden Hospital participated in these studies. His work is not related to lung disease, kidney disease, or autoimmune disease. Another doctor who also also participated in the experiments, most of his studies are devoted to kidney transplantation. I have heard the stories of Muslim patients. Their relatives were informed of the death, but the bodies were not returned for burial. These patients were immediately cremated.
WE THINK THE DOCTORS WERE TRYING TO POISON LILY AND SEE WHAT OF HER ORGANS THEY COULD USE.
M.T.: In one of your letters you mentioned that you renounced German citizenship for your child due to numerous cases of forcible removal of children by German social services. What do you know about this problem?
H.S.: A couple of years ago we complained about the neighbors who used drugs. There was a smell coming from their apartment and we didn’t want our child to breathe it in. We complained and the juvenile service wrote to us. They wanted to come to us. Then there was the coronavirus pandemic. My wife had just given birth and needed time to recover. I received a letter from the social services in which they offered to take the child to the gas station and meet them there if my wife was not feeling well. This is simply insane. I contacted the Canadian embassy. After that, they began to intimidate us. I have a recording of a conversation where I am threatened by social workers.
I LEARNED THAT IN 2019 IN GERMANY 68,000 CHILDREN WERE REMOVED FROM FAMILIES ON FALSE DENUSIONS. MOST OF THESE CHILDREN NEVER RETURNED TO THEIR PARENTS BECAUSE ALLEGEDELY THE CHANGING OF FAMILIES WILL TRAUMATISE CHILDREN.
This is a huge business. By giving a child up for adoption, they earn 3,000 euros a day. This is a system. Although our son was born in Germany, we renounced German citizenship for him, as he can be taken away at any time. Even the possibility of intervention by the Canadian authorities could not help us. They filed a complaint against us and accused us of the fact that the child is in danger with us, that he hardly goes outside. He was born during the pandemic, so our movements were limited. Then they began to claim that we do not know how to feed our son with milk and how to wash him.
L.S.: How could they know this?
H.S.: Then I was accused of yelling at our child. Our lawyer requested documents on this case, but the social services denied his request.
L.S .: I just gave birth, and I needed some time to recover. But they deprive me of this right and demand that I go out outside with my child. German women are not subject to such requirements, but as a foreigner they deprive me of these rights.
