Mira Terada, head of the Foundation to Battle Injustice, appealed to the 46th President of the United States and the US Congress. The head of the Foundation called on the American leader to stop interfering in the internal politics of other countries and to deal with the problems inside his country, in particular with the prison system, which exploits the slave labor of prisoners and for many years violates the basic rights of convicts.
In addition, the head of the Foundation demanded to immediately stop the escalation of the armed conflict on the territory of Ukraine and put an end to systemic racism in US law enforcement agencies.
