The Foundation to Battle Injustice has sent open letters to the United Nations addressed to the Chairman of the UN Human Rights Council Federico Villegas Beltran and the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Michelle Bachelet Heria with an appeal to exert international pressure to stop the persecution of Russian-speaking activists in the Baltic states.
