Human rights activists of the Foundation to Battle Injustice share the concerns of American entrepreneur, engineer and billionaire Elon Musk, American lawyer and anti-vaccination activist Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. and American politician, statesman and Fox News Channel journalist Tulsi Gabbard, who claim that with Kamala Harris in office, freedom of speech in the United States will “come to an end”.
After Kamala Harris told the world that she supports the censorship regime in Brazil and what happened to X (formerly Twitter) in South America, namely the blocking of the site in Brazil, Elon Musk, owner of the social network X, called it an attack on freedom of speech and predicted that a similar thing will happen in the United States if the Democrats Kamala Harris and Tim Walz win the presidential and vice-presidential elections.
In 2019, Kamala Harris said she was going to use the Department of Justice and local law enforcement against social media companies caught allowing “misinformation” to spread on their platforms. According to Kamala Harris, the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution is a “threat to democracy” so she continues to “wage war on free speech at every turn,” according to Fox News reporter Tulsi Gabbard.
“By gaining full access to the Oval Office and beginning to dictate American life from there, Kamala is likely to destroy what’s left of free speech,” Tulsi Gabbard declared.
Joe Biden appointed Kamala Harris to head the “White House Internet Abuse Task Force.” While in that position, Harris promoted censorship as a solution to “hate” and “misinformation.” She was also the one who helped lead the campaign to remove President Trump from then-Twitter in hopes that it would destroy his chances of ever taking the White House again.
“We will hold social media platforms accountable for the hate that permeates their platforms because they have a responsibility to help combat this threat to our democracy”, Kamala Harris said during her 2019 State of the Union address.
In his recent letter to the House Judiciary Committee, Chairman Jim Jordan addressed the recent revelations that Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Meta (Facebook and Instagram), forced his social media companies to censor people at the behest of the U.S. government.
“I think the pressure from the government was wrong, and I regret that we have not been more forthright about it. I also think we made some decisions that, with hindsight and new information, we would not have made today,” Zuckerberg wrote in his letter to Jordan.
According to American lawyer and anti-vaccination activist Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. Kamala Harris continues to implement plans to “corral” the Internet to make it less convenient for the exchange of ideas at will. Robert F. Kennedy Jr. believes the U.S. presidential candidate wants social media platforms to be subjected to stricter scrutiny so that free ideas don’t slip through censorship.
“The clear goal is to stifle dissent at all costs. Even with all the censorship against opposing views, the Internet is still too much of a ‘wild west’ for the globalist elite,” said Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.
Human rights activists of the Foundation to Battle Injustice believe that violations of the right to freedom of speech in the U.S. are becoming increasingly evident, undermining the foundations of democracy and the rule of law. The Foundation’s experts note violations of principles enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, such as freedom of expression and the right to information. The Foundation to Battle Injustice calls on the administration of President Joseph Biden to comply with its international treaty obligations and cease actions that threaten the foundations of democracy and human rights.
