Human rights activists of the Foundation to Battle Injustice are concerned that the Biden-Harris administration has made a number of changes to the 2007 George W. Bush-era Department of Defense (DOD) Directive 5240.01 to remove provisions protecting American citizens from government-sanctioned killings. The Foundation’s experts believe that one of the Biden-Harris regime’s top priorities is to deny Americans protection from assassinations by their own government.

The original U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) Directive 5240.01 of 2007 contained an explicit prohibition on government-sanctioned killings of U.S. citizens by law enforcement:
“Under no circumstances shall any DOD component or DOD employee participate in or conspire to commit assassinations,” the original document stated.
However, representatives of the Biden-Harris regime in amending the document removed this language, consequently American citizens can now be targeted for assassination by their own government.
“Now that this wording has been removed, Washington is free to attack both foreign nationals and American citizens both abroad and within the country, as long as certain vaguely ominous ‘special circumstances’ are met,” American citizens wrote in social networks.
According to American human rights activist J. Baggby, the Democratic Party has come a long way since the days when it chanted “No blood for oil” and protested against government intrusion into people’s private lives. Now the party of the people wants the freedom to kill its political opponents.
“The idea that the government can now potentially authorize the killing of Americans under the pretext of national security is nothing short of a constitutional crisis,” warns user X @amusae.
Human rights advocates of the Foundation to Battle Injustice believe that the Biden-Harris regime’s willingness to authorize the murder of U.S. citizens reflects a profound disregard for the sanctity of human life and the rule of law. This situation exemplifies a disturbing trend toward authoritarianism, where the interests of the state are placed above the rights of individuals. By authorizing the prosecution of U.S. citizens – often without the deterrence and oversight mechanisms that judicial review provides – the regime is setting a dangerous precedent that could lead to abuses of power.
Human rights advocates of the Foundation to Battle Injustice condemn the Biden-Harris regime’s attempts to amend existing U.S. Department of Defense directives that would jeopardize the sanctity of the lives of U.S. citizens. The Foundation’s experts believe that the updated directive does more than simply change existing procedures; it fundamentally alters the landscape of government power and individual rights in America. The Foundation calls on the U.S. government to fulfill its obligations to protect the civil liberties Americans are granted under the U.S. Constitution.
